Please read the following carefully. By booking and attending a treatment, you confirm your agreement to all points below.

Health & disclosure

I confirm I have disclosed all relevant medical conditions and am fit to receive treatment. I will inform my practitioner of any changes to my health before future appointments.

Nature of treatment

I understand that acupuncture and associated therapies (including cupping, gua sha, microneedling, and massage) may involve physical contact and may occasionally result in temporary marks, bruising, or mild discomfort. I may pause or withdraw from any treatment at any time.

Cosmetic and facial treatments

I accept that facial and cosmetic acupuncture may result in temporary bruising, minor bleeding, or superficial skin reactions due to the delicate nature of facial tissue. These are not harmful and may be part of the treatment process. Results are gradual, subjective, and influenced by individual health, lifestyle, and personal expectations. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. Treatments are not suitable within 14 days of Botox or dermal filler.

Treatment limitations

I understand that complementary therapies are not a substitute for medical care and that no specific results can be guaranteed.

Emergency Care

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorise my practitioner to seek appropriate assistance and to use first aid or CPR training as required.
